(Izobel’s POV)

“Amber, he’s not waking up,” I said worriedly, looking at Ethan. It has been hours after he fainted.

Connor smirked, returning the magazine to the rack. “I always wonder why we have magazines here when we’re the only patients here,” he said as he walked towards us. He scratched his eyebrows as he looked at Ethan. “And try witnessing the impossible, Izobel. You would probably choose, to live or to die,”

“Dad,” I cried, looking at our father, who was busy looking something at the screen of his monitor. “Should we erase his memories?” This time, I doubted it because it seemed not working on him.
