Abigale sits beside me and fidgets nervously in her seat. “Your brother is okay with it,” she says frantically.
Laying my hand on top of hers I guess her a little squeeze. “Whatever it is, I am sure we will be fine with it too.”
Taking in a deep breath and holding it for a moment, Abigale breathes out slowly. “Annie and I are not actual sisters,” she begins. “she is my stepsister.”
“Of course,” I smile brightly. “If she were a werewolf her hearing would have repaired itself.” Abigale watches me carefully as I piece together her family tree. “You said that your stepmother wanted to teach you both about all of the magical creatures that live in this world?”
“Supernatural beings,” Abigale corrects. “Yes.”

LYRA The smell of cinnamon and apples fills the pack house. Abigale and I have been baking all day preparing for Chase and Annie to visit for an early Christmas celebration. LYRASixteen Years Later I watch as my daughter stares out of the window. The thick layer of snow that coats the ground reminds me of the night she was born. Hello, my lovely readers. I just wanted to pop in with an update. I know that many of you are waiting to see what happens next with Ella and I am just as eager to tell you. I am just waiting for the okay to post here or maybe it will be loaded in a separate book. I will update as soon as I know, I promise. Thanks to everyone that read Fated to the Enemy. It has always been a dream of mine to put what is in my imagination on paper for people to read. Thank you all for making my dreams come true.

LYRA Quietly humming to myself, I separate the broccoli from the chicken on my plate, trying to drown out the conversation my dad is having with my older brother, Chase. ANDREW The trip to the Silver Wolf Pack is a short one but I cannot help but be irritated at the circumstances. I let my Beta drive so I could be alone with my thoughts. It has been three months since I challenged my uncle for his position of Alpha. I had the support of the pack behind me. My uncle had never found his mate and declining in his old age.
