Clyde and Annika went straight to the police and the chief instantly recognized Clyde. “Oh what a pleasant surprise there, Laddie! How have you been and your mother?” He cheerfully said and Annika got confused all of the sudden.

“Good day Uncle Steve! My mom and I are doing great, thanks for asking.” Clyde said enthusiastically back at him. “Uncle Steve is one of my godparents. Him, my mom, and Aunt Catherine are acquaintances.” He whispered to Annika and she was kind of stunned but relieved at the same time.

Then the chief noticed Annika and was curious. “Is the beautiful lass beside you your girlfriend lad?” 

Annika and Clyde were taken aback and both said, “No!”
