"Why did you run like that the other night? Do you know how worried I was?!"

I could tell from the face she was making, by the way her brows furrowed, lips frowned and her eyes worried. That she was indeed in rage with me, though with a hint of concern she didn't even try to conceal.

"I know, I know. And I'm sorry." I repeated for the umpteenth times though it seemed Lina still hadn't been satisfied with it. Maybe she could see how unregrettable I was to my actions.

Truthfully, it isn't that I didn't feel a bit guilty for how distressed she must have felt whilst I was in the woods. I would be too if I was her.

But, if I hadn't done that, things would surely be even more complicated than ever.

I couldn't just stay still, seeing her and the others as though tormented by his pheromones when my condition was more than fine.

Though, I must admit. I honestly didn't anticipate the part where I clawed Sir Joshue in the face and was brought into the forest by him.
