I stared at Selene as she slept. The poor thing has been so stressed out that she needed to rest. The nightmares were getting worse and the twins were having a tough time sleeping through the night. Mara was destroyed but Selene was in critical condition. Everyone had warned her that the spell was too dangerous, but she was determined to win the war, even if it meant risking her life to save ours.
