The sorrowful look in his eyes betrayed the Alpha, but he nodded. I could not sense anything from him now that my wolf was under. Not that I had a lot of things to work on before hand anyway.

Everyone cleared from the kitchen the minute I stepped inside. It’s like they all knew about this tradition, silly smiles on their face. However, I did not find it amusing. With my hand on the hip, I perused the racks and cupboards, mouth twisting.What could I possibly make to sell our relationship? I eyed the freezer and stepped right in front, pulling it open with a drawn-out sound.
