Chapter 19

Zack went to his villa and went to the bedroom Lillian stayed in. He sat down on the bed and looked at the empty room. He remembered the memories he had here and smiled sadly. He laid down on the bed on his back and looked at the ceiling.

“How I wish I could go back in time and fix everything.” he said in the empty room in a low tone.

Taking a rectangular box from his pocket, he looked at it. He remembered that it was her birthday, and he didn’t find her by coincidence. He had been looking for her around the city to give her the necklace he bought for her as a birthday gift.

He opened the box and took out a four clover pendant out of it. The reason he picked this pendent up was because from now he wanted her to be lucky and happy in her life. He didn’t want her to suffer anymore in her life, but when he saw the way she looked at him, he knew that they could never be what they once were.

He missed the past when they were close and happy and wanted to go back to those days desperately,
