Davina’s POV I look at the remaining two alphas with coldness that made them shiver and tremble in place. They looked at each other and at the same time, knelt down on their knees in front of me. “You think this will get you off the hook? How about you start begging, and I might consider it” I said tauntingly. Their fighters were staring at them in complete shock and astonishment. Davina’s POV With every ounce of concentration I had in me, and using every shred of power I could muster from my wolf Rowena; which she so willingly gave to me, I started casting what was probably the strongest spell that ever existed until now. It took a considerable amount of time to be performed. The incantation was complicated to read and very long, but I pronounced all the words with complete precision and focus, willing my entire being to believe that I will be able to pull it off. The Moon Goddess’s POV I stand there on the balcony, as the slightly cold wind plays with my hair and white dress. I was watching my beautiful child from afar, Davina. She has grown into the best version of herself now, no longer lost, hurt, scared, hopeless, nor unhappy. She was wearing an alluring long, off shoulder straps, red dress. Her hair cascading down her back, shiny and straight, was being blown by the wind, giving her a look of a queen, which she most certainly was. She just stepped outside to the balcony attached to the ball room where she was just introduced to her whole pack as their Luna, and Jude’s official mate. The pack, after witnessing everything that took place on that field this morning, and how she went through hell and back to bring back their alpha, welcomed her with arms wide open and bowed down to her, vowing to always respect and protect her. Jude’s POV Prophecies…. I fucking hate them. A single damn Prophecy ruined my alpha coronation when I was eighteen years old, and turned my already stone cold heart into a heart sculptured statue made of ice. Prophecies. What are they? You may ask. Where do they come from? Who may speak them? and do they always come true? You may wonder. Prophecies are predictions about the future. Near future or far? It’s not clear. It can be either. They are not always precise and fully understandable. Sometimes they never make sense even. They come from the moon goddess. The one who knows it all, but loves to drop down a handful of unsolvable mysteries upon her people whenever she’s probably bored and looking for some fun pass time, just to mess with us down here. She has a special bond or connection to only one supernatural species, the warlocks. Warlocks are the only ones who the moon goddess talks to when she wants to deliver a new Prophecy. They are not as common as you may think.
