Erased
Third Person’s POV
In a place far away from Artemia, inside a small room with only a small wick of candle as the source of light, a tall and noble-looking man stumbled as he supported his weight on the table next to him.
An inaudible groan escaped the man’s thin lips that is turning paler by the second followed with his own complexion. A hint of confusion flickered on the pupils shining with the light of the candle in the dark as he seems to be clueless of what is happening to him.
The feeling of weakness came over his entire body without any signs, and it almost swallowed his reasons as the pain that followed seems to be coming from the depths of his soul.
It is similar to the feeling of death, but the man could not guess the reason of his body’s sudden strangeness as the weakness and pain also disappeared as quick as it came.
At the flash of dawn, the chaos in the blessed lands of the Blood Wolves clan finally abated, but the strong smell of blood and smoke would still linger for days and weeks to come.
And even the rotting smell of bodies would plague the originally refreshing air of the blessed land due to the inhuman actions of the Royal Ark clan of leaving the breathless bodies of every single individual that they have killed in the open air without even a mass grave burial.
But no matter how inhuman they are, with the Royal Ark clan’s power and hold in the Artemia Kingdom, the existence of the Blood Wolves clan will be cleanly erased from the past to the present as if they have never existed in Selestine.
After all, as long as they do not mention anything in the open, the three powerful werewolf clans in Artemia will not know the destruction of the Blood Wolves clan. And it is due to the fact that only the Royal Ark Clan can enter the blessed lands of the Blood Wolves clan since time immemorial.
Such trust and dependence was only met with killings and extinction. The Blood Wolves clan members would all be unable to rest peace in the afterlife due to this.
But their unwillingness and hatred would not move the greed that is occupying all of King Regor’s thoughts.
How can he feel even a slight tinge of guilt at the sight of the treasure that is promised by the ancient record?
King Regor would even sacrifice all of his descendants if need be if he could hold that treasure in the palm of his hands at this very moment.
The successful operation against the Blood Wolves clan allowed a moment of celebration for King Regor and Crown Prince Rogeus, but knowing that they are still far from their goal, the father and son decided to discuss their next actions in the royal study of Artemia Kingdom’s palace.
After relaying a couple of orders to his hidden forces in the underground cave, King Regor went back to the palace with Crown Prince Rogeus and Princess Regina under the guise of returning from the King’s vacation mansion in the western mountains.
“Royal Father, I will cleanly erase the existence of the Blood Wolves clan to ensure that no one will be able to find anything against our clan.” Crown Prince Rogeus stands next to the musing King Regor in the table of the royal study as he gently placed the ice jade box in front of his father.
As the one who brought home the ancient record from the ruined ancient temple of the Moon goddess, Crown Prince Rogeus is the only one in the Royal Ark Clan aside from his father to know about the real reason of their treacherous act of full destroying their long-time partner since the era of their ancestors.
Even Princess Regina is in the dark about the existence of the ancient record, but the destruction of the Blood Wolves clan will free her of the chains of jealousy and hate that she has for Priestess Eva and Asha.
So Princess Regina did not even care about the real motive of his father and brother in initiating the massacre and she even played a decisive role in decreasing the casualties that their side will suffer with the use of her pretty face.
Remembering the look of horror from Asha’s face as she relayed her whispered words, Princess Regina could not help but to laugh out loud in the palace hallways. The passing servants and standing guards could only bow their heads while resisting the chill that they felt from the deep malice in that laugh.
“How wonderful lalala~…” Princess Regina hummed as she walked graciously on the marbled floor of the palace hallways that leads to her own royal chamber.
On the other hand, King Regor nodded at Crown Prince Rogeus’ suggestion while looking obsessively at the ice jade box in front of him. His already wrinkled fingers trailed the exquisite design of the box as he imagined the realization of the ancient record’s treasure.
“Silently proceed with erasing the entire existence of the Blood Wolves clan without arousing the suspicion of the other three clans.”
“It is a good thing that the Blood Wolves clan has been living their lives in the shadows that only us in the main family of the Royal Ark Clan knows of the position of their blessed land.”
King Regor mentioned in passing as he laughed at the foolishness of the Blood Wolves clan.
“This son understands...I will be taking my leave to deal with the miscellaneous things before heading back to form a group of death soldiers to scour the twin valleys for the divine fruit that was described in the record.”
Letting some death soldiers scour the perilous environment around the twin valleys is the safest way as Crown Prince Rogeus might even lose his life if he tried to go there himself.
"I will also be personally leading my own personal guards to acquire the second treasure in the record."
"The investigations of my scouts leads to a small tribe that is deeply hidden in the wild, far away from the booming civilizations of the four kingdoms."
Crown Prince Rogeus uttered solemnly before bowing and exiting the royal study. He did not waste any time to change as he called his trusted subordinates to follow him in the restricted library where the historical scripts from their ancestors are stored.
Watching his subordinates gather all of the historical scripts pertaining to the Blood Wolves clan, Crown Prince Rogeus did not bat any eyelid as he took his leave before dropping an order.
“Burn them all and bury their ashes.”
“Yes your highness.”
The thousands of years of rich history of the Blood Wolves clan disappeared silently at the hands of the royal father and son of the Artemia Kingdom.
And in the hidden blessed land of the Blood Wolves clan that could not be found in the plane of Selestine, Soran knelt in front of Asha’s breathless and bloodstained body with wide opened eyes filled with incredulity and hatred.
His eyes are filled with tears as roared out all of his repressed feelings of hate and pain.
An hour passed in Soran’s time of unconsciousness, and he woke up to find that his bindings are gone. But the sight that beholds him as he ran madly to the grassy slope almost broke his sanity.
Soran’s mournful and beastly howls resounded in the now empty blessed land that is only full of lifeless bodies of his clansmen.
And his unstable mood that is teetering from the abyss stopped him from noticing the faint and almost unnoticeable quiver that went through Asha Blood’s already cold and lifeless body.

Life IIThird Person’s POVAnother day passed, and it has been two days since the destruction of the Blood Wolves clan. King Regor is currently seated on his throne as he looked down at the officials of the kingdom and werewolf clan leaders of the of the thirty strongest clans in Artemia. The full moon is approaching in less than a week, and it has been a tradition of every werewolf living in Selestine to celebrate the night while giving respects to the Moon goddess in the plane of the gods.King Regor’s neutral expression does not show any of his thoughts, but he has long felt the discontent of needing to worship someone who is not even living in this land.“Your majesty, our clans has already started to cooperate in accordance with the celebration ritual of worship, and even the precious herbs to be used lighting the moon flames are now on the way to be delivered here from the deep canyons in the south.”One of the
Change Third Person’s POV Selestine, the land of the wolves is a vast and verdant land filled with towering mountains and snaking forests. The Moon goddess created his beloved werewolf race while allowing them to occupy Selestine with freedom to slowly build their own civilization. Four kingdoms gradually emerged from the nomadic and scattered tribes of the first werewolves, and they individual clans formed as the kingdoms progressed to the right track. Artemia Kingdom is situated at the central part of Selestine, Fressia Kingdom that was made up of the Arctic wolves rooted themselves up in the north, and the west and east is the territory of the Black and White Kingdom that adheres to their own beliefs without much love for their creator. But, the two kingdoms still follows the inherent celebration of the full moon while worshipping the Moon goddess along with their own invented gods. Change IIThird Person’s POVFour days passed in the blink of an eye and it is already the time of the full moon celebration for all of the werewolf clans in Selestine. Full MoonThird Person’s POVWind whistled past the carriage as it ambled swiftly through the dust-filled road accompanied by the rushing hooves trampling down the scattered grasses of the capital city’s outer periphery. It has been five hours since Asha sat inside the narrow space at the back of the carriage that is full of secured wooden crates. She could not even feel her own body anymore due to the numbness, but her mind is not even focused on the pain that used to be unbearable to her on a daily basis as it floated faster than her to the capital where the Royal Ark clan’s ancestral home is situated.A ball of regret could not be diminished in her heart as she thought of the fact that she is unable to do anything when her enemies are just close at hand.A sudden stop caused the carriage to shake as the sounds of neighing rang loudly in the air with the boisterous voices of the middle-aged uncle and his subordinates.&ld
Full Moon IIThird Person’s POVThe cacophony of chants seems to flow in the hearts of the citizens as they all bowed down to the full moon. The crackling sounds of the silver flames served as the background noise as the offerings inside the giant cauldron turned into wisps of ashes that suddenly floated out of its mouth before being carried by the wind to be scattered into the vast land of Selestine.King Regor looked around his citizens to see their blind faith to the Moon goddess. He could only swallow the feeling of dissatisfaction while imagining the day that he will also receive this kind of worship.King Regor’s tall figure suddenly shifted as sounds of bones popping could be heard, and it did not take a couple of seconds for a huge brown wolf to appear in the center of the square. King Regor’s wolf form issued a humming growl coming from the depths of his throat before mightily raising his head to howl upwards to the vast skies,
