Third Person’s POV

A horrendous scream echoed across the trail of the underground mine, and the sound did not diminish until a minute of struggle. The ice worms in the prison cell that suddenly swarmed to King Regor did not waste any time to wriggle their chubby bodies to the only source of warmth in the room. With the ice glass and the metal wall confining them, they could only sense King Regor’s presence and not the presence of the four individuals that are watching through the ice glass door.

It is the reason why the soldiers would not care much about the existence of the ice worm prison cells, because aside from sleeping all year round, the ice worms could only stay in the underground and could not touch any heat that comes from the sun or a fire. They desire for a source of warmth, but their bodies would whither the moment they felt the heat coming from any kinds of fire.
