Episode 25: Investigation. Ameira was silently watching Dainiel, the young woman who jumped off the rooftop and was saved by an air cushion. The patient was peacefully sleeping in bed and a dextrose was injected into her right hand and, according to her beauty standards, she just had a normal face. AMEIRA stared at the upper corner of a frameless glass door where it was written that the owner of this office is the hospital director. A young nurse wearing a blue uniform approached her and asked, “Excuse me, Miss. Do you have any appointments with the director? I mean, I’ve been watching you this whole time and you don’t even speak or tell me what brings you here. Therefore, I was wondering if you have business here. I’m afraid I might call a guard to escort you out. This place is strictly prohibited and you might scare the patients. ""Sorry to disturb you, I’m looking for the General Services Department to apply as a cleaner. I’m lost. Can you point me the way? “Primary care?” Ameira crinkled her forehead upon reading the words written on the notepad. She looked up to see the name of the department. She scoffed. "Are they fooling me?" she bitterly asked at the back of her head. Do they want her to work in this department? Ameira was about to leave and just ignore them, but her team leader blocked her way. She looked up to meet his eyes and saw his snobbish face. 'What with his attitude? Tss. Forget it. I don’t have time to bicker with him," she whispered to herself in the back of her head. She was about to walk on the other side when he blocked it again. She sighed between her nose and her mouth. “Do I know you?” she asked in a low tone.“Stop your act, Ameira. I told you; you can fool anyone but not me. You can change your face, but your eyes cannot lie. Next time you disguise yourself, try to cover your eyes as well. You aren’t good at all,” he hissed.Ameira wasn’t bothered at all by him, despite having revealed her real identity. No matter what disguise she wears, she will be discovered because, as the saying goes, there are no secrets that are never revealed. She walked by and passed him.
