Chapter Ninety-Two

Callum Johnson (P.O.V.)

Currently I was seated outside on the front porch as I swung the baby to sleep. I looked down on her where she sat on my lap, slowly dozing off into dreamland. I looked at her features and how they changed over the past eight months, and it got me thinking. I would never accuse Colette of cheating on me, but in these circumstances, I was suspicious of a few things.

Firstly, her hair color. It looks nothing like my hair, nor does it look like Colette’s hair. My hair as well as Colette’s hair, is curly and wavy, Kaylin’s hair is pin straight. My eyes were brown, and Colette’s eyes were like a hazel brown color…Kaylin’s eyes were so blue you could see the ocean in them. It was so blue it almost looked purple at times. Neither Colette nor I has freckles, yet Kaylin has freckles all over her body.
