Her insecurities

“You're drinking alone at this hour.” Henrietta showed up behind him. She was in the home bar with him.

It was already twelve o'clock at midnight. He couldn't get a wink of sleep after a teleconference with his clients. He exited the room to have some drinks. He thought everyone was sleeping, however Henrietta awoke like an early bird. “What are you doing here?” He asked without looking at her.

“I've been having sleepless nights ever since I got here. I didn't expect to see you here, I usually come here every night.” She skipped a step closer to him.

“Why can't you sleep?” He poured more champagne into the flute, then sipped.

“Maybe because I have a lot in mind. Dolly broke up with me. I'm about to be kicked out of the industry, they're looking forward to mishaps from me and here I am, somewhere I'm not welcome. I felt like an intruder. May I sit?” She pointed at the chair opposite him.

He nodded, giving her his permission. He faced her and lifted a brow curiously. “What have you do
