Swamp Scuffle

“Oh crap! What are we going to do now?” Lydia asked Joe as they stood back to back with the three Ginxes around them.

“We’re going to have to fight. We don’t have any other choice,” Joe replied.

Without uttering another word, the Ginxes attacked simultaneously and as they launched themselves at Joe and Lydia, the kids grabbed onto each other’s hand and closed their eyes while screaming in anticipation of the clash. The Ginxes all brought down their swords against them but what seemed like a field of energy formed around them and grew big quickly and it blasted the Ginxes away from the kids.

They were down but they weren’t out and the twins decided to use this chance to run back to safety because they weren’t ready to fight them.
