Prologue

Jaymes Pov

Life for me has not been the greatest for the past two years because two years ago I lost my family in a car accident. They where coming back from one of the many business meetings that they had went to. My father owned a shipping company and he was grooming my big brother to take over my brother had been so to be taking over in a few weeks but he never got to.

So they had went on a business meetings and from what I was told my brother had been driving and my dad was sitting shotgun so that left my mom in the back and didn't have her seatbelt on because she was most probably sleeping.

The other car who was a drunk driver had t-boned the car from my dad's side he and my mom died on impact, my brother on the other hand died five-six minutes later from a severed carotid artery my guess is it was a very painful death.

The drunk driver on the other hand broke his leg and had minor scraps and bruises he lived and well is he is prison but I'm not gonna act like some saint and say I'll forgive and move on no I'm the type to forgive you for myself but still kill you. So if I ever see him out of prison I will kill him slowly and painfully because he deserves it he took everything away from me, but it won't stop me from living my life.

My parents won't see me graduate and my big brother he will never get to take over our father's company, he will never get married, he will never have kids, he won't get to see my kids, and see me get married. Me not having them to see my success is what is driving me because they can't see and experience it makes me wanna live for all three of them.

My friends say I need to leave him in the past but me wanting to kill him hasn't stopped me from living life. I go to parties with friends but don't drink or do drugs, I've dated but haven't felt like sleeping with either of the five guys I've dated so still a virgin, I study hard, I get straight A's. I don't see why they are complaining. Okay they hate that I'm quite and always going to Jiu Jitsu Self Defense classes for a year and a half now because I can't just call my brother anymore.

Technically they want me to be more girl which is something I've never been, it's not that I don't wear dresses and skirts, its just that I prefer pants, you jeans, tracks and leggings.

Ivan's Pov

Life has never been better I have everything I want. I runs the companies, I'm Mafia king though there are a few challenges here and there in the Mafia. Most people fear me, some respect me, and some just see me and CEO of many companies and a billionaire.

I prefer people who stay out of my way because who wants people always trying to mooch of you. So it's better to be cold-hearted, arrogant and sociopath to those that don't know me but to the people closest to me I'm generous, self-less, caring and understanding.

I'm two different people in one because I. this life never take your work home because it will destroy your family that is the one lesson I learnt.
