He roared, "An unmated stray she-wolf in my area without my consent...
"I'm not a wanderer!" says Delaney. “ I had no idea there was werewolves in the area, and I already have a mate." Delaney interrupted him before he could complete what he was saying, and she struggled to free herself, but it was impossible.
The Alpha inhaled with his nose, which he sank into the crook of her neck. "However, your scent tells otherwise."
In displeasure, her lips twitched. What is it about her and Alphas that she can't seem to get away from?
The markings left by her mates faded over time, as did her scent, which showed she was bonded. She's practically single to all of the wolves now.
"Thank goodness I'm not seeking a partner." Delaney then kicked his groin with great vigour, grunted, and let go.
She dashed out toward the other opening again, using that opportunity to escape, but who would have thought that she was fooling herself?
In no time, Delaney felt the Alpha chasing her. It's as if he loves the chase, it's exciting him. She realises that instance she has taken the wrong move. She should provoke the wolf not excite him.
‘This won't end well.’ Esme shook her head in her mind causing Delaney to growl in frustration.
Then, why not just help me? Is she going to watch her deal with this Alpha alone? Fine! So be it.
Delaney found it difficult to maintain track of her whereabouts because she was in a new place, but she persevered. She couldn't help but think of Ivy as she dashed into the darkness. She generally wakes up in the middle of the night, and if she doesn't see me, she gets worried.
“Found you.” A husky voice sounded next to Delaney's ears earning a squeal from her.
She launched a punch at him without thinking, growing increasingly irritated; she's a hybrid, and her wolf is a pureblood, so why can't she outrun an ordinary Alpha?
‘Because you are weak. You need practice.”
She growled, 'Shut it, Esmeralda!' Why does she continually reminding me of what I already know?
The alpha chuckled. “Feisty I see.” he inhaled her scent one more time and groaned. “I see you'll be going into heat soon, it will be dangerous for a stray like you. Good thing you have me now.”
Delaney gazed at him bewildered. “I didn't ask for your help, let go of me, now!”
He stared at her with his Alpha gaze clearly displeased, if it were any other wolf, they will cower, but she was not any kind of wolf, she was also an alpha she-wolf, so she met his gaze head-on.
“Take her to the packhouse!” he ordered, letting go of her.
Two huge men appeared beside Delaney. His beta I guess. She was shocked because she didn't notice them. 'Was I that weak? '
Delaney growled at them when they tried to touch her, telling them to back off when she heard...
“Take her kids too.”
The moment she heard that she lost it. How did they find out?
“I know what goes on in my territory, besides, their smell is all over you,” he replied reading the look on her face.
Whipping her head, “Don't you dare touch my kids! Or else, you will regret meeting me.” they are the only thing I have left.
Because she was distracted, Delaney didn't notice the needle in the betas hand until he injected her with it making her go limp immediately. 'No! I can't let them have my children!'
Delaney tried to fight the effects of the drug but it was futile, in the end, she succumbed to darkness.
The Alpha Jasper stared at the petite wolf in his Beta arms watching as tears rolled down her face. “Take her to the packhouse secretly, avoid unmated wolves because she's going into heat. Her smell will be stronger in a few days.”
“Alpha is it just me, or her scent is strange...” Murphy muttered with a frown on his head.
Jasper ignored his question, he already sensed that something was different about the she-wolf, he just hasn't pinpointed what it is yet.
“Go get her kids, a couple of werewolf cubs shouldn't be a problem.” with that, he walked off into the night.
Murphy and Alec glanced at themselves and shrugged.
“Looks like you have kids to deal with, I'm out.” Murphy practically ran after saying that, he could handle anything, but not kids. He was afraid of them. He will rather carry this pretty sleeping beauty.
Alec shook his head and called for backup, before heading toward Laney's house.
Meanwhile, back at Laney's house.
Ivan stayed awake because he was afraid his mother would get into trouble if she went out. He can stay awake all night if he so desires, thanks to his vampire nature.
Hours passed and he still didn't see any sign of Laney. He decided to head downstairs to get a glass of water, On his way down to fetch a glass of water, he noticed a strange odour. Werewolves. It's not his mother's scent.
He went upstairs at vampire speed, waking up his siblings without thinking. Their mother had warned them to stay away from anything supernatural if they don't want to end up in trouble.
After being awoken, Ivy and Ian gave him a grumpy look.
Ivy and Ian stared at him grumpily after being woken up. “Why did you wake us, Ivan? I need my beauty sleep.” Ivy grumbled.
Ivan covered her mouth and began using his eyes to communicate with her. As a werewolf, Ian felt left out because he can't understand their eye language..“That's cheating, we promised to use the bond.”
Immediately, the hybrids stopped and used the special bond they trio formed. When Ian heard strange werewolves were surrounding them, he panicked and shifted to his werewolf form. And running under the bed.
Ivan's facepalmed. While Ivy stared at her elder brother for instructions, to her, whatever her big brother does is right. Clueless, Ivan didn't know what to do, after all, he is only a child. Just when they are pondering on what to do a figure walked in.
Without thing, Ivy flew at him using her vampire speed, then use her teddy bear to hit him. “Badman! Bad man.”
On the other hand, Ian came out from under the bed. In his wolf form, he ran to the man and began biting him with his sharp teeth – snarling as he tore Alec's trousers.
“Ah! Get off me you little monsters!”
Ivan cringed, and his mommy told them not to use both their vampiric side and werewolf side at the same time but Ivy has exposed them. What should he do? This situation is getting out of hand.
Another werewolf came up after hearing Alec's screams, so Ivan attacked him. He doesn't care if they've been exposed, the situation they found themselves in left them no choice. He will think of a way to handle the consequences later, but will this put his mother in trouble?
“I'm not here to harm you. Damn it!” Alec cursed. What kind of kids are these?
Ivy bit his arm but wasn't affected by the sight because she fed not long ago. “Cursing is bad! Evil bad man!”
Alec shook his head, no. They are not kids, they are demons. Little demons!
“I'll take you to your mom!” he screamed thinking they will stop, however, they became fiercer. Ah! If he had known, he wouldn't have come here. He is a Beta for goodness sake, but he can't even fight off children.
Hours later, when Alec arrived at the packhouse, everyone was shocked by his appearance. “Beta, what happened to you?”
Alec's mouth twitched. What happened? He is even embarrassed to say it.
The kids glanced around, when they didn't see their mom, they became furious. Ivy on the other hand did something that left everyone in the packhouse stunned – their mouth hanging not only from shock but from fear. Even her brothers, Ivan and Ian who were in their wolf form moved away from her.
The small child was the centre of attention for everyone. Even in their terror, they were taken aback. They've heard of people with elemental abilities before, but it's been decades. They've all been extinct for centuries. They only know about it because it is a fairy tale passed down from generation to generation. The entire room was encased in ice. She even managed to halt Alec's movement by freezing his legs to his knees. Ivy burst into tears when she realized what she had done and how the werewolves were staring at her. “Mommy! "I'm looking for my mother." Ivan moved up to hug her to prevent her from becoming even more enraged. Who knows, maybe she'll freeze everyone in the entire room. “It's okay Ivy, we'll go get mom now, but can you unfreeze his legs so we can go?” As she shook her head, fat tears streamed down her face. She had no idea how to thaw him out; it just happened. She had no idea why she froze him in the first place; all she knew was that the prospect of her mothe
By the time Alpha Jasper got to Delaney's room, he found his Beta hiding in a corner trembling from fear. Gritting his teeth, he turned to look at Delaney only to subconsciously step back. To say he was taken aback would be an understatement; after seeing her, he couldn't help but wonder, 'How is this possible?'Delaney's little fangs were extended and her eyes were a shade of red. He didn't need anyone to tell him he was staring at a hybrid - a wild, angry hybrid, to be exact. Unlike other packs, they adore Hybrids rather than killing them on the spot out of fear.He gulped as her eyes fixed on him the instant he stepped in. He has never been terrified in his life as an alpha. This was the first time he realized what it was like to feel terrified. However, after some consideration, he decided to approach her softly."Listen to me, we're not bad people; we've brought you here for your protection. Without the protection of a pack, an unmated wolf should not be in this town. Everywhere
Meanwhile, at the border! * Rakel held onto Knox, glaringly making Knox sigh in frustration. To him, the moon Goddess is punishing him for his sins by putting this werewolf as an obstacle in his life. These two weeks have been torture to Knox, he would have killed this wolf if not for Delaney, instead, he had to endure. “What kind of plan is that?” Rakel growled. “Why do I have to stay here while you go meet her?” “Because you wolves are stupid. You act before you think, and you don't have teleportation ability like I do, so remain here and cause distraction. They will be here soon.” Knox said still, Rakel refuse to let go of him. Knox took a deep breath to calm his anger. Why can't this damn wolf follow instructions? “Since you can teleport, then why don't we go together? I'll act as your shield if things go wrong. Besides, we don't know if she was here, we only smelt her scent on our way. It will take time to locate her especially if this pack has heavy defences.” Rakel retorte
Ivy, on the other hand, gathered her brothers in order to speak with them. "I saw Daddy today, I'm serious. He appeared in mom's room earlier on. That's not all, you guys resemble him to an uncanny degree."Her older brother, Ivan, snorted. “Yeah, right, we don't have a father.”“Do you think I'm lying?" Ivy snarled and huffed vehemently. "Think about it: isn't it strange that Mom has been changing location? She appears to be fleeing him. Mommy's safety could be jeopardized.”“I think dad is a bad person,” Ian muttered from the side.Ivan agreed with a nod. “We can't allow him to bully mama if he's here to bully her. However, we need to make sure he's our biological father.”“Oh, he didn't come by himself. He was with a vampire with incredible abilities! Not just that, the vampire is so cute.” After Ivy said that, the boys stared at her angrily. “You shouldn't admire the bad guy.”“We need someone's help to confirm if he's our father. Alec.” Ivan made an educated guess. "Then we must
On the other hand, Knox and Rakel were arguing about why they should share the same room. Well, let's just say Knox refused to share a room with Rakel while Rakel was giving him reasons why they should share, making Knox frustrated to the point where he wanted to pull out his hair. It seems they are bound to argue over everything, even after their newfound peace. “Get the f*ck out, wolf! Just because we have the same mate doesn't mean we should share everything!” “That's right, we don't have to share everything, but you don't understand werewolves as I do. Since we are in their territory, they might attack, so we need to be cautious–” he paused. “ Wait, do you think I'll take advantage of you in your sleep?” Knox sneered as he gave him a look. “Do you think Vampires sleep deeply like you wolves? You'll be dead before you even think about touching me.” Rakel thought about it and shrugged. “Don't worry, I despise the idea of sharing a room with you as well. I'll sleep on the couch.”
Knox and Rakel were already surrounded by the rogues when they broke free from the chain. They had trouble breathing due to their foul odour. After viewing the burns on Rakel's body, Knox glanced at him. He grabbed up the chain from the floor to use as a weapon and asked, "You good?" Rakel hissed, "I shall survive." "Let's just get this done." Knox stood there watching as the wolf lunged at the rogues, his claws lengthened. Rakel's half-crazed expression worried him for some reason because Rakel has always been laid-back, but he'd been acting strangely since learning about Delaney. Knox chose to concentrate on the matter at hand, shaking his head, so he tightened his grip on the chain and charged after him. * At East Coast Park. . “Mommy, how do I look?” Danna followed behind Ivy as she exited the room. Jasper had given the kids new clothes for the party this evening, which made Delaney uncomfortable. Jasper was clearly attempting to demonstrate that he is capable of caring f
Thirty minutes later! Delaney was a writhing mess on the floor. The pills were far too strong for her, unlike anything she had ever encountered. She's removed most of her clothing at this time, revealing her breasts to Jasper. Why can't she just beg him? Jasper has never met such a stubborn person in his life. What's the big deal about that? For God's sake, she's in pain.He squatted in front of her after an idea came to him. He was curious as to how long she could hold off.He kissed Delaney's neck, his tongue running toward her breasts as he leaned forward.Delaney, who had nearly lost her mind, let out a passionate moan and pressed herself against him. She was in desperate need of a male, she was tired of fighting it. She started envisioning Knox and Rakel's faces for some reason, so when Jasper touched her, she didn't feel repulsed. She yearned for more. She yearned for his touch. She grasped Jasper's head and pulled him in for a kiss without thinking. Jasper couldn't help but r
They mustn't know. Scratch that, they can't find out what she is – that she's a hybrid or else she'd be screwed. Good lord, she is royally screwed already! There are many things that could go wrong if she continues staying with her mates. Secondly, her kids are not safe at the moment, she needs to get them out from there. Lastly, she doesn't know if she should tell Rakel the truth about the children, but then, if she did, she'd have to face Knox. He will feel like she has betrayed him if he finds out. She knows she can't keep it hidden forever, but she needs to give them both time to calm down. She'd have to let them do anything they wanted with her, but she'd also have to earn their trust again. The question is, how will she win back the love and trust of two enraged alpha kings? How is she going to persuade them to forgive her? She had no idea that her efforts would be in vain. She had grossly overestimated her friends' disdain for her at the time. The good news was that they
