Liam's point of view:
"... What's wrong with you?!! If you don't want her, then leave her." Logan utters while trying to hold himself. "She's the only person I have in this world, and I can't let you hurt her anymore."
I kept quiet for a while, then I admitted to him honestly,
"I care about her, too. It's not like I've known her since forever, but this fucking mate pull is doing crazy things to me. Everything about her is driving me out of my mind."'
I looked at him, and he was looking at me weirdly as if I had grown two heads instead of one. He probably wasn't believing me, but I don't blame him for that. I wouldn't believe myself if I was him, and I don't even believe that I'm saying this to him.
I stopped for a while, then I added, "She would be in danger if I let her go, and she would be in more danger if I kept her with me. I'm lost and I don't know what to do."
He was about to say something when the noise of glass shattering came
Liam's point of view: I went directly toward my room, not feeling that I wanted to meet anyone at the right moment. I don't know how to explain it, but she's not dead, nor alive. What happened today is nearly impossible to believe. I swear that the heartbeat from earlier was hers/ Even if I want to claim that it is all my imagination, it would still be hard to believe. I mean, how about the cut in her throat? If she's dead, normally she can't heal herself. I swear something weird is up right now. I was lost in my thoughts until the door burst open, and guess who was standing on the other side of the door - it was Logan. I didn't know what to say or do at the moment. For some unknown reason, I was glad that he was here. The look in his eyes gives the feeling that he had something in mind. I guess that he'll have to make the first move, and that's exactly what happened. As soon as he opened the door, he went straight toward me and threw a punch in my face, then he stopped, waitin
Liam's point of view:Selena sat on the edge of my bed, which caused to growl in disapproval."No female is allowed to be here but her, get the hell out of here-now! " She stood immediately and moved her hips toward me while speaking."But babe, it's only me. No one is here but us... "She finished with a wink.I pushed her over until she was thrown to the next wall."I said no female is allowed to be here but her, and it's "Your Highness" for you—you hear me?" I posed, looking at her terrified figure as I decided to let her go."Leave before I change my mind!" I ordered her, not feeling that I could hold My Lycan any longer.I throw myself on the bed, trying to get some rest. The last few days were what anyone could define as "hell" to me.Not to mention that I spent the last two days next to my mate's grave, still waiting for her to come back to me.The only reason I'm not there next to her
Elizabeth's point of view:"Mother!" I ran toward my mother, unable to hide my happiness. Besides Logan, I never had a family. Well, it doesn't seem so anymore. I mean, in front of me was the woman who gave her life to save my own. My only and only mother.I buried myself in her embrace, not able to stop the tears running out of my eyes. More than I expected, she hugged me back."Oh, dear! You really grew up to become such a beautiful lady." My mother exclaimed, and I felt one of her tears running down my shoulder.Just by then, she'd pulled me out of her embrace and added."Listen... My sweetheart, I don't have a lot of time here with you, so listen to me carefully. First of all, I want you to believe in yourself... A lot is coming, but I do believe in you, and I trust that you can handle it. Do not underestimate yourself anymore and trust your heart. It will always lead you to the right decision... I will always be with you in your he
Elizabeth's point of view:All it took was a blink of an eye to find myself breaking into Mr. Bad Wolf's room. I kind of like these new powers of mine.At that exact moment, I broke one window open. Right away, I sensed that my necklace was way closer than ever.Yet, before finding my necklace, why not test my new power and have some fun?I walked into Liam's room; he seemed lost that it took him a while to notice my presence.A weird look emerges on his face the moment he noticed me.He looked as if he was about to say something, but I didn't give him time to say a thing. I lunged using my super speed toward the jerk, who seemed a bit taken aback by my move, and by the new version of me.I launched my first punch directly into his face, then I quickly grabbed one of his arms and twisted around his back until I heard the sound of his bones getting brook. A scream escaped out of his throat, the exact type of mel
Third-person perspective Hundreds of years ago, in the palace. As King Edmund entered his royal room, fury was shown on his face. Meanwhile, Queen Sophie was watching her reflection in the mirror while fixing her make-up. The mad appearance of her king did not affect her at all; it was something that she was used to seeing. "Where is she?" He growled at her. Only then did she seem to notice his mood. "I don't know what you are talking about." She answers him in a quite simple way. Her voice was so soft that anyone would've believed that she really didn't have any clue. Well, you can't say the same about her husband, the one who knows her better than anyone else. In a swift move, a chair was thrown inches away from her head. The next thing to happen was the king threatening her with her life. "If anything happens to her, I swear to end your life." " I swear... "She cut him off while repeating after him. "You can't do a thing, you fool! You know better than to mess wit
Elizabeth’s point of view:When I woke up, it took me a while to realize that I didn't know where I was. I wasn't in Liam's room anymore, nor in the Lycans' royal palace. Instead, I was lying in a king-size bed in the middle of what I could tell could be a royal room. I was quite too dizzy to move that I only roomed over the room with my eyes, not trying or intending to move.Even the aura in this place is way too different from the one of the Lycans, but somehow it feels familiar. Different smells ran over my nose, I breathed in and out trying to recognize anyone's smell over here - but I couldn't.I've been lost in my thoughts for a while, that I didn't notice someone was approaching me. I turn my head to face one of the most handsome men I've ever seen - sure he's not as handsome as my mate … The hell am I talking about?! ... Why am I even thinking about him right now?Back to the handsome fellow in front of me now. Normally I should've freaked out, but I was so busy checking
Elizabeth’s point of view: I spent the rest of the day trying to break free from the stupid room I was locked in, but I couldn't. The door was quietly open but I couldn't pass it, same with the windows and the balconies. It was like an invisible sort of power that I can't see but still can feel. The day went swiftly by me fighting the invisible wall, not attending to stop before I got myself free. " After spending the entire day watching you, I'm not tired of this, I can spend other days doing the same, it's better than sleeping, anyway. It's kinda funny if you want my opinion. " Someone said from behind while laughing, I turned to see a one standing Elijah while crossing hands, not trying to hide the amusement showing in his face and through his voice, he got a few steps close to me and threw a sack of blood in between my hands " Drink! " He ordered, and I didn't like the fact that he ordered me, nor the fact he wanted me to drink blood " No!! I'm not drinking this thing; besides, I
Elizabeth’s point of view: The three days I was waiting for went as fast as I could remember, Elijah was a quietly good companion. Though he's a bit mysterious, and he doesn't answer most of my questions, he's way too funny and entertaining most of the time. Did I ever say that everything about him screams my type? Well, if I didn't that would be my bad. I mean if it wasn't for Liam and the stupid mate pull I would definitely be crushing over this dude. Unfortunately, I'm all about Liam since I met him. The funny thing is that I only knew him for about a month, and I spent part of that month dead. I'm trying my best not to think about him, not to wonder where he is? Or what is he doing? Is he thinking about me like I'm doing now or enjoying the company of Selina? But it's not working at all. As I was told, my father would be back any minute from today, which means I will be finally able to see him for the first time, not to mention I would be free from this stupid boring room. I wo
