Michaela looked downstairs and saw him lying still, she smirked before her lips parted and she vanished. Janeka stumbled down, Sabrina followed and Danica continued defending them with flames and ice, Earnestine stood her ground, slaying these creatures with her powers. It wasn't effective and they couldn't tell why, but they had to continue fighting back until these creatures were terminated. One of the creatures flung a sword towards Janeka, she was too weak to defend herself. Her face was bruised and her arms were scraped. Danica saw it and she blasted it with their ice before a cloud of fire melted it into water. The chattering of humans and the chirping of the birds surrounded the whole village, it was an early morning about twenty-five years ago. A fair girl walked out of a house feeling the morning breeze caress her face, she smiled before her gaze met the blue skies. She moved strands of her hair behind her ears before she took a path that led away from the village houses to the village green where she would secretly practice her magic and get over the death of the only surviving relative she had as a family. Earnestine's POVIt has been a glorious ride and I'm happy that he's gone for good. I mean my father. Yes, I lost the people I loved but I'm glad I was able to save those who relied on me. Giving up can never be the solution to what you want. It's determination, action, and optimism. My life has changed from good to bad and I'm happy that Ace was a very big part of that. He would always have a special part in my heart. I love him so much. I walked to the group of people that just entered bottles and wine taking their orders before I returned to the counter. I quickly came back with their orders. As I walked back to the counter with my tray, my phone beeped and I got a message from my sister that I was going to miss the Michael family's dinner.
