Nikolai I’ve been awake for a while now, just watching Nova as she sleeps. This is where she looks the most peaceful, even if she has demons in her past. I used to think Kai was the strongest person I knew, but after what Nova has confided in me, I realise that strength doesn’t always mean being powerful enough to take out hordes of enemies.
