The next morning, We were all sitting and having breakfast. Arabella was feeding her kids, Antonio was playing on his phone with Blake and eating their breakfast at the same time while Dominic and Dante were talking to each other. Enzo was speaking to someone over the phone and I was eating my breakfast in peace.

Enzo didn't question me about anything as per our deal. I haven't spoken to him ever since last night but that doesn't mean that I'm not gonna respect my part of the deal. I'm a woman of my words.

When I say I'll do something, I'll fucking do it.

"Where were you last night?" Arabella asked, shoving a piece of pancake in Freddy's mouth.

"Enzo wasn't here either." Blake intervened, "They were both out at the same time and returned at the same time. I checked in the cameras. Lea was covered in blood when she returned. Where were you guys?""

"We went on a last minute mission" I replied, trying to sound as casual as possible.

Blake nodded, "Whose blood was that?"

"Ask one more question and it will be in your blood which I'll be covered with." I replied, smiling innocently. Blake rolled his eyes but kept his mouth shut.

"che cosa? una festa? ... va bene ... ci sarò .... Grazie per l'invito. Ciao." He cut off the call before putting his phone in his pocket.

(what? a party? ... okay ... I'll be there .... Thanks for the invitation. Bye.)

"Who was that?" Dominic asked, raising his brows.

"Costa" He replied, "He invited me and my family to their wedding anniversary party. I'll have to bring a date."

"Costa?" Dante asked, "you have to make good impression with those people. They're influential and can be of great help if you're on their good side."

"That's why I'm going."

"When is it?" Arabella asked to which Enzo replied, "In four weeks."

"Paulo will be back in three weeks." She replied with a smile. Paulo is her husband, Freddy and Izzy's father. "Who will you be taking? You can't take one of your whores. They won't make good impression." Arabella said.

"White" Enzo said, making me snap my head in his direction. "What do you want?" I seriously hated it when he calls me 'White'. Lea would do just fine.

"You'll come with me as my date." He replied seriously.

No fucking way. Not me! Why me? I won't make good impression...

I shook my head "You're kidding."

"Do I look like I am?"

I stared at him for a while before sighing, "Look, De Luca-" I cut myself off and cursed, remembering our 'deal'

"Alright, Don" I gritted my teeth, "I'll be coming with you as your date."

He smirked as everyone else's eyes widened. They must be wondering why I was being so 'obedient'. Fuck my life.

"I'll have someone help you with dress and stuff" He said before standing up. He looked at Dominic and Dante, "Come to my office when you're done" the two nodded as he continued, "The rest of you, get ready we'll be going to the main house in thirty."

Everybody nodded. He glanced at everyone one last time before turning his back to us and walking away.

Arabella raised an eyebrow at me questioningly, "what did I miss?"

"A deal" I shrugged.

"Hey I've heard that Bianca will be coming back from her mission today." Blake said before Arabella could reply to whatever I told her.

"Who's Bianca?" I was curious.

"Bianca Rossi." Antonio replied, "She's our best assassin. She was sent on a mission and now she's back. You'll probably meet her at the main house when we go. Here's an advice; stay away from her. She says that she's The Deadly. You know who that is right?"

Of course I know. But wait what? She dared to pretend that she's me?

"Yeah she's very good at fighting and all... so some believed her when she said that she's The Deadly while some ignored her and called her a liar. Bianca is our best assassin but she's...she likes sleeping around. She slept with almost every men in the Italian Mafia."

"Does Enzo believe her about being the Deadly?" I asked, curious. If he believed her then- excuse my language but he is definitely a dumb motherfucker.

Antonio scoffed, "Honestly? I don't know. He didn't deny that she was nor did he agree."

"What about you guys?" I asked, curious to know whether they believe her or not.

"No" they all replied making me smile mentally, "Good"

Dominic and Dante excused themselves and went upstairs, to Enzo's office while the rest of us continued with our breakfast.

**

When we reached the main mansion, like they call it, I met Bianca. The girl who pretended that she was me. She was twenty two years old, making her two years older than me.

She is of an average height, she has pitch black hairs, huge body parts- if you get what I mean. Her skin was tanned. Overall, she looked okay. Her lips were huge though.

Whenever she would walk, she would sway her hips, making her her huge ass bounce. Honestly, I doubted that she would even fit in a chair. She stared at me with a disgusted face several times. I don't know whether she was really disgusted or she was just faking it because she was jealous...

I mean why would be be disgusted with me? It's with herself that she should be, not me. Arabella told me that she thinks of herself as the Future Donna of the Italian Mafia. She thinks Enzo loves her and so on. It was Pathetic.

**

It's been two hours since we came to the main mansion, like they call it. I was sitting on the kitchen counter when someone entered the kitchen and asked "What are you doing?"

I turned my head to see who that person was as I didn't recognize the voice. My eyes met with a boy who looked young, probably eighteen.

I raised my glass of water which was in my hands and showed him.

"You seem alone," he stated, taking a seat next to me on the counter. I shrugged. "I am alone."

"You're the American Assassin, right?" He asked to which I nodded. "And you are?"

"Ryan Gonzalez," He replied, smiling brightly, "I'm new here."

"How did you end up here?" I asked, curiosity filling me.

"My parents were killed and I was alone, walking on the streets—homeless when The Don found me and took me in. I joined three weeks ago." He replied, with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"My parents were killed too," I said, not knowing why I even told him that. He looked like he could use a friend. I remember when my parents were killed and I was alone and homeless, like Ryan. Then Sean found me. He was my savior, he saved me from myself and he became my friend.

"I'm sorry. What's your name?" He asked, suddenly getting all happy. Bipolar, isn't he?

"Lea White" I lied.

"Nice to meet you." He said, extending his hand for me to shake which I did. "How old are you?" I asked, wanting to confirm that he really was eighteen and that my assumption was right.

"Eighteen" He replied with a smile. "You?"

"Twenty" I replied and he only nodded in response. "How old were you when..." He trailed off, knowing that I understood where he was going.

"Sixteen" I replied.

"That's what got you into the mafia?" He asked curiously. I chuckled before shaking my head, "No that's a whole different story."

I was not in the mafia. I work alone.

"Maybe one day you'll tell me." He said, hopefully. I smiled before nodding, "Maybe, one day."

"Anyway" he jumped off the counter, "I'm going to train. Don told me that I should be able to beat one of his best men in my next fight which is next week. I've been training for over a two weeks now." He sighed, "And I still think—scratch that—I know that I'm not ready."

He could use some help. I jumped off the counter and stood in front of him, "I'll help you."

"Wait, really?" He asked, his eyes brightening. I nodded, "Yeah now let's go." He nodded excitedly before walking towards the gym with me following behind him because I had no idea where the gym was.

To say that the gym was big would be an understatement. It was huge, filled with gym equipments. It was clean, large and everything was perfectly arranged.

"Come" I said to Ryan as I approached the ring. He raised his brows at me, "Why are you goin—"

"I want to see how you fight," I said, going inside the ring. He followed me and we both got into our positions. I was sure that he wouldn't be able to beat me. I wasn't doing that to show how good I am, I was doing that to see how good he was.

"Now hit me" I said and he did- or at least—he tried to. I was blocking his every punch and kicks perfectly. I was trained in such a way that I could predict my competitor's moves.

"See? I'm definitely gonna lose." He panted, resting his hands on his knees. "I can't even hit a woman."

"Excuse me?" My feminist side asked, getting the better of me. If only he knew what a woman could do—what I could do. He would definitely piss his pants.

"Sorry I didn't mean it like that..." he scratched the back of his head nervously, "If I don't win, Don will make me restart my whole training and I don't wanna do that."

"I'll help you, don't worry. That's why we are here, aren't we?" I asked with a smirk. He smiled and nodded.

"This time I'll hit you and you block, alright?" I asked to which he nodded. I then started throwing punches and kicks in his direction.

He successfully managed to block few of them. I was doing it the hard way. It's the only way he was gonna learn.

"Watch your competitor's movements carefully." I stated, "Don't let anything or anyone distract you."

He nodded. "Now we can fight."

With that, we began fighting. He threw several punches in my direction and I, in his. He managed to get me a lot of times and also managed to block my punches and kicks. He was good. He then kicked me quite hard in my stomach, making me fall with a thud.

He smirked in victory but it didn't last when I kicked him in his knee, making him fall next to me then I placed my arm on his throat while my other arm was holding his hands over his head. I held him still, until he finally tapped the ground three times, conceding defeat.

"Never let your guard down" I stood up and helped him stand up. He nodded and smiled gratefully at me, "Thank you"

"For the bruises?" I asked, furrowing my brows with a smirk. He chuckled before shaking his head, "For today. I wish I had met you earlier though. If I did, I would have been a hundred percent sure that I would win next week. But I'm gonna take what I get so, thank you."

I smiled, "You're welcome. I'll see you tomorrow at five thirty in the morning. We'll be staying here for over a week so I'm gonna train you everyday until that battle. Okay?"

Arabella told me that we were going to stay in the main house for a week so it was to my advantage as well as Ryan's.

He nodded with a huge smile plastered on his face, "Really? Thank you so much!! I'll see you tomorrow!" With that, he ran out of the gym.
