“Finally!” I sighed as I watched the last of the guests leaving the mansion.
I was honestly tired of faking smiles and seeing fake smiles all around. I just wanted to take a warm bath and go to sleep.

The event was finally over. It was nothing but an opportunity for rich people to show off their riches by trying to one-up each other with their fancy jewels and dresses in a gala of sorts for a charity that I am sure none of them even knew much about.
