Shopping was a luxury to Reyna, yet, she made sure that nothing of awe and surprise showed on her face as he led her through one of the most luxurious boutiques she had ever seen. 23Reyna sighed as they stopped in front of a five star restaurant. The kind of place where she was sure that if she wanted to work with them, they would screen her on how she talked and walked. Although she didn’t really fancy things like this, she was being paid to fancy them and so she didn’t complain leaving her signature smile on her face. “I’m betting you would love the food here. 24On the ride to the cinema, Niko noticed how distant and aloof Reyna was but he made no attempt to point it out. Not only was he also uncomfortable about opening up such part of his past, he also wanted her to understand the boundaries despite how much they would try to live together. “Since girls like romance movies, I picked the recent one that has been making the box office smile.” Niko said as they walked to the cash point. Since they just had dinner, Reyna ordered a small box of popcorn just for the motion. Chapter 28After seeing that the house was still so quiet after he had woken up, Niko knocked on Reyna’s door to be sure she was alright but got no response until he decided to open the door and saw it empty. Since she had moved in, he had not entered the room and he could see now that she had made some changes to the room. It also smelt like her a lot, a mix of something natural and sweet and strawberry. Somehow, he liked this feeling of being in her room, it looked more homely than his own room. He furrowed when he saw the boxes placed by a corner in her room.
