Violet’s P.O.V.

Untouchable twins Kara and Kelsi Bloomberg strutted down the main hall like it was their own personal runway, the golden emblem on their pleated and pressed skirts the logo for their mother’s fashion brand. It was obvious they were looking for me considering their slender noses and mossy eyes were turned my way.

I didn’t bother moving, counting the seconds that passed by the number of times my head throbbed. Students flooding through the main doors skirted around me, doing everything in their power not to so much as graze my skin.

That was fine by me. I’d rather be treated like the plague than bullied.

Two sets of long, tanned legs came to a stop in front of me. The heels that the twin’s wore were definitely not standard uniform shoes, but I wasn’t about to tell them that. The tip of their stiletto’s was sharp enough to draw blood. They towered over my head, several inches taller than my measly five feet, six inches.
