Pearl and Himalayan countries are countries with a lot of normal human beings. They usually do not come over to Werewolf and Vampire countries because they are afraid of them. Especially that, the werewolf would turn into a beast and eat people every blood moon.
They thought the werewolf would change each blood moon. But it works for a powerful Werewolf that cannot control their power.
The same goes for the Vampire.
Humans are also afraid of them.
But only lower rank vampires would become like Zombies and drink and eat people.
