“What do you think?” Eliana asked, twirling around, showing me her royal blue dress. I wore my black tux and was fixing up my tie when she walked out of the suite’s dressing room.

I smiled, cupping her cheeks before connecting my lips with her own. Eliana smiled in response, clearly understanding that I loved how she looked, and despite hating WHY she was wearing this; I loved that she looked confident in her outfit. Her own hands went to my tie, fixing it for me despite the fact that I still hand my hands on her cheeks making me chuckle. It was something that I was in love with her for. The way she cared about the small details, how things went and worked.

She wore a necklace that I bought her years ago making me smile at the memory behind it. It was our first real anniversary, and I wanted to get her something special that I knew she once liked but didn’t tell me about.
