I wrapped my arm around my beauty as the two of us entered the dining room the next morning. Things have been cleared here and throughout the whole house. Eliana had ordered the maids to clear everything out; the house finally looked like a normal person’s place.

Lorenzo was yet to walk out of his bedroom, and though I didn’t expect him to be out of it for another few hours due to his near overdose; I didn’t know what to expect.

“Do you think that we should start with breakfast? Have his food be made when he wakes up?” Eliana asked, looking up at me. I knew that she was hungry. The two of us have had our active morning as to both distract and prepare her for what was to come when Lorenzo left his bedroom. The man would be a raging volcano waiting to explode, but he also needed to thread his movements carefully, especially since he believed that we didn’t know about Leonardo being Eliana’s brother.
