Chapter 3: Bitten

Hana put her hands on the ground wanting to get up, but this becomes difficult for the present. The ribs were broken, the leg bones were scarred, and the whole body had nowhere to heal. Hana was tired of letting go of her hands lying face down on the dried leaves below. After Kristen kicked, Hana rolled around from the top of the mountain. Around as dark as ink, the crickets occasionally squealed out loud symphonies that sounded like they were mocking Hana's pathetic situation.

The smell of water, not far from here has water. Her throat was dry at the moment, painfully compressing the burning pain from her throat and swallowing every sip of saliva. Hana used her hands to crawl on the ground, using her feet as a pushing table, inching closer to the water source. The space is not over 10 steps apart, but Hana takes almost an hour just to get to it.

In the dark, Hana could only see that there was a lake in front of her. An ordinary wolf does not have much power, making it impossible for her to observe everything around her. Hana took a sip of water with her hands. There is something different. The water taste here is not the same as the type of water that Hana usually drinks. It has a strong smell of pineapple. Strangely, after drinking, Hana realized that the pain gradually eased. The eyes can see a little further. Hana felt that there was a yellow light rotating inside her body. They are trying to reconstruct the hurt on her body at a slow pace.

Hana continued to bend down to drink every big sip of water. As she predicted, the more water is loaded into the body, the faster the speed at which golden light is transported. Her heart exploded. After determining that her stomach couldn't take any more, Hana stopped. Each broken rib burn is gradually reattached in the blink of an eye. Small ropes crept through every derm, wrapped around each tendon, and then integrated and disappeared.

It's hard to believe, but this is happening before her eyes. As long as there is this water, Hana is fully capable of surviving in Quansib. This magical function will probably put her on a par with her father. What's more fun? Hana had plenty of time; she first needed to rest for her strength. The road ahead takes a lot of power to get out of here and back.

Hana chose the tallest and largest stone just to the lake's left. It's not too strange why no one uses it, but the stone's surface is so smooth. There are always many mysteries that she can't know about. So she was so tired, Hana closed her eyes to fall asleep until the wind hisses so hard that it wanted to push her down the grass below.

Hana saw the sharp blue eyes right in front of her at that moment. She must have looked wrong. No one was so free to come down here in the evening, Hana thought. But Hana forgets she's alone in the woods. For the weak, strength always makes them compliant. The heartbroken Hana knelt on the ledge. She couldn't stand up. Some power wants to crush and crush Hana into small pieces. The ears buzzed, the head bowed low, the forehead stuck down the rock. The tattered blue dress now seems even more pathetic. Fragments of blue cloth flew wildly, her hands outstretched, ten fingers clinging two-sided to the rock. Hana becomes as brave as a child who is about to be taken away from her favorite food by someone. It doesn't matter who the one coming is and doesn't want to know. The only thing that makes Hana strong right now is having to survive to kick Kristen ass out of Quansib.

Hana let go of her hands despite blowing her body backward. Before breathing a sigh of relief, the wind suddenly stopped blowing. The surrounding air is frozen. From the invisible, some power is trying to break the space. The grass around Hana lay on its side evenly at an angle. In front, a shadow approached. Still has blue eyes, but it's a wolf. Maybe what happened was created by itself.

Hana didn't wait too long for an answer. The closer the wolf came, the more terrifying that power. Each blood cell under the skin swelled, the pores expanded like a pea, and her heart stopped beating. Only the eyes could see it.

"Too weak," he said.

The wolf is twice the size of the rock. The plumage is white. He looked at Hana from top to bottom and shook his head in disbelief.

"Mrs. Vinlot," he said.

"Hurry up. You don't have much time left. The moon is about to set," someone replied.

"It's a shame, Mrs. Vinlot. Is there no one better?"

The woman, who was at her nose, expressed her displeasure but said, "That was the intention of the moon goddess. Longbeard,"

"It's a waste; it can't digest this power."

"Longbeard. She's his last descendant."

"But it's a waste. I don't think I should give it to her," he said.

"Oh! So you think your old body must have done something!"

"Oh no, Mrs. Vinlot. I'm not happy with this."

In the dark, the woman gradually appeared. She put on a cloak covered from head to toe so Hana couldn't see what she looked like. Her legs did not reach the ground, and in a split second, she rushed to the front of Hana, her hands cold with long claws touching the neck of Hana.

"Do it. Long beard." she spoke up.

The white wolf grumbles something in his mouth. His footsteps slowly did not volunteer. The woman slammed her buttocks to his, causing it to stagger forward, fittingly biting Hana. The wolf angrily pulled out Hana sticky teeth rudely, then he breathed happily.

"Hey, Mrs. Vinlot, her blood smells so good."

"That's why it exists. Let's go, long-bearded."

They left mysteriously like the way they had arrived. If there was no bite on the back of her neck, Hana thought it was all a dream.

That evening, Hana finds a small abandoned cave. From the traces left, Hana thought that this was the nest of the snakes. They may have gone out, so there were only three eggs inside the nest. Hana had just taken a nap when her body warmed up. The blood is constantly circulating. The skin is like someone is burning red. Blood poured out of the pores and dropped every drop on the stone floor. Hana realizes that there is a small black dragon in her head that is gradually waking up. Blood from all over the place was pouring toward the head. A faint yellow circle appeared. The dragon seemed to want to wake up. Hana writhed in agony on the rock floor.

"Mrs. Vinlot. It's already begun."

Mrs. Vinlot glanced at the long-bearded man, "What did you do to her?"

Wolf's eye dodged, his knowing he had done something he shouldn't have done. But honestly, that power is too terrible for a useless child like Hana. He wants them to see that they've picked the wrong person. It doesn't count as being too awful.

"Well. Just add a little dragon blood along with scorpion venom."

Mrs. Vinlot pulled bracelets long beard, causing him to scream, his big body falling below. Vinlot hedgehogs happily threw all the thorns at Broclet. They had long hated his warped face, even though he was a close friend of Mrs. Vinlot.

"Broclet. Trip it out," Mrs.Vinlot ordered.

"No way. Don't dream of having it." Broclet squealed and quickly slipped into the circle of time. He created a lot of trouble and beat a hasty retreat. Mrs. Vinlot was annoyed, and every time he messed up, he always looked like a bad child.

Mrs. Vinlot sped down to hug Hana tightly. She didn't want to lie quietly. So, Mrs.Vinlot had to hit Hana faint to get out of the Devil's forest. The other told her that must return the powers when Hana turned 18, which was a difficult task. Her body was too weak to take it. For people with exceptional bloodlines like Hana, if she can be tamed, she's going to be stronger than anybody.
