Colin’s POV

The news that Doc had given them was indeed bad. Colin would take on hordes of rogues instead of this type of issue. Rogues he could at least do something about.

Something like a sick pup just made him feel helpless. It had surprised him that Adina had asked to help the boy. But hadn’t Aries said something about her having medical knowledge? Colin had been so proud of how she had handled Mrs Morgan. A true Luna.

Now she stood bent over the boy and had placed both of her hands on his little body. Colin’s eyes grew bigger as a soft yellow light started spreading from Adina’s hands. Mrs Morgan drew in a sharp breath, and he placed a hand on her shoulder. Whatever Adina was doing, he had a feeling they shouldn’t interrupt it.

He watched how his mate’s hands glowed and how her face looked serene. She was always beautiful, but as he looked at her now; Adina looked like an angel. She stayed that way for almost five minutes and then the light admitting from her hand slowly disappe
