Alpha’s Secrets

The room was almost dark except for the small rays of sunlight that streamed in through the tiny window above. My hands found the light switch by the door and I switched it on and immediately bright lights filled the space.

The room was pristine as though it was still in use, and it probably was. I walked further into it, it was quite big for an attic. Boxes were stacked on top of one another and in the corner of the room was a baby crib, my heart clenched - it must have belonged to the baby that had died too.

Whoever had cursed Aria and the baby must have held a strong grudge against Damon, a curse this strong took years to prepare. It was why I knew my mother had nothing to do with it, we stayed away from the werewolves and they did the same, she was too busy with her own business to bother with anyone else's, and also, my mother wouldn't hurt anyone. I could swear on my life about that.

“Now let's see what this holds,” I said, bringing down one of the boxes, I opened it and saw it
