"Are you sure you're fine?" Marina asked, her eyes worried.

I nodded and gave her a small smile in return. Her eyes glanced at Damon who was at the other end of the room, or wherever he was.

"You guys had a fight, right?" She asked. "Because I can see you actively working to avoid him."

"No, we didn't," I said, trying my best not to look in his direction. I was still shaken by what I'd figured out, the necklace was in the small inner lining of the dress I was wearing now.

There seemed to be so much more than anyone knew that was Aria and Damon's relationship, and I had a ton of questions for them both. It was obvious she had been cursed but I needed to know why and most importantly, by who. It was only then will I be able to prove Mother's innocence, of course, I wasn't going to simply avenge I and Mother without letting Damon realize the injustice done, and I was going to do so with strong evidence.
