Chapter 33 Devastation and death 

My eyes started to water. Although I hadn't been close to the pack members, seeing their corpses lying battered amongst the rumble was heart-wrenching. None of the people deserved this and my dislike for the government officials responsible for this burned in my gut. The infirmary was open and survivors were scrambling around with the wounded. I quickly began going to each asking how severe their injuries were. I glanced over at Tarkik and watched him rip his wrist and fill vials with his blood. He looked at me and grinned.

"Do the same and have them drink, it will heal them faster than surgery," he said sincerely. Since they were all werewolves they're healing abilities were already faster. I told him I'd do that for the injured. I glanced over and gasped seeing Jack. I rushed to her side and asked where Griffin was. She looked at me with tears and shook her head.
