He knows about it

Sitting up on the bed Purity was surprised to find herself on the bed, remembering quite well that she was on the couch waiting for him then she fell asleep.

It only means he came back, where could he be? She got down from the bed, went to the bathroom and after she was done she went to check the closet for something to wear.

"Maybe he forgot to get me the clothes he promised," she thought to himself taking one of his shirts to use.

She took the stairs heading to the living room and he was there setting the table for breakfast.

"Good morning, do you have guests?" She asked walking closer and he looked up to face her then chuckled.

"I don't bring guests here and I don't cook for guests. I call someone to cook, I cooked for us," he shrugged.

"Wow this is amazing, thank you," she smiled and appreciated.

"What time did you come, I was waiting for you," she added.

"I'm sorry but next time just go to bed don't wait up for me. Have a seat," he pulled up a seat for her.

She smiled and sat as he served her. The food looked captivating.

"I'm sorry, I forgot to get the clothes I promised. The family dinner didn't go as expected," he apologized.

"It's fine, next time you will get them," she shrugged.

"After breakfast, I'll make an order for you,"

It was the easiest way out of all this keeping in mind her dress code was making him quite uncomfortable.

The doctor announced to him that he was being discharged and though he was supposed to be happy, the thought of not knowing where Purity is made him worried.

"Hey bro," Harriet greeted walking into the room.

"Hey, you came to pick me up?" He asked.

"Yes, I couldn't come yesterday because of work but I'm here. Why aren't you happy to go home?" She asked noticing his mood.

"I'm happy but my friend, the one I told you about on the phone. I still don't know her whereabouts, I'm worried, I don't know if she is safe,"

"That's bad but you said they are rich, have they found anything regarding her whereabouts?"

"No, her dad was here yesterday if they found anything maybe last night. I hope they find her, I hope nobody hurts her,"

"Are you in love with her?" Harriet raised her eyebrows at him.

"Let's say I care about her," he shrugged picking his bag.

"Are we going or you are camping here?" He added heading to the door.

"I just asked a harmless question," she said rushing after him.

Rita was worried, two days now and nothing has been found about her daughter, her husband hasn't talked to her since they left the family house.

Something she has always been scared off seems to becoming true. Her family was finally breaking apart because of her own stupidity.

An already dressed Wilson picked up his car keys and headed to the door.

"Have you found anything about her whereabouts?" She asked and he stopped on his tracks.

"Why? Or maybe planning another row of frustrations to pour on her?" He asked back and she sighed watching him walk away.

She hasn't seen Sandy since she woke up. Rita walked to her room to meet her still in bed.

Not even breakfast was ready not to talk of the house that looked untidy, yet she was still in bed.

The TV was still on, surprising her more.

"Does that mean it has been on the whole night?" Rita asked herself.

"Sandy!!!" She yelled and Sandy jerked out of bed.

"Good morning mom," She greeted rubbing her eyes.

"Good morning, did you check the time?" She asked angry.

"I'm sorry mom, I overslept," Sandy apologized.

"This thing, has been on the whole night?" Rita asked pointing at the TV.

Sandy opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out, last night she was watching and chatting on the internet but unfortunately she fell asleep leaving everything as they were.

"I'll freshen up then prepare breakfast then clean the house. Mom I wanted to ask you something, since Purity is not around, you should consider getting help because I don't think I can be doing this stuff," Sandy said a different thing and was met by a resounding slap that she lost balance and staggered back.

"Mind your tongue young lady, the house should be clean in the next one hour," she ordered and walked out.

Sandy sat on the bed not wanting to believe what just happened, her cheek was in fire but out of shock no tear dropped.

Something was definitely wrong somewhere, some confusion she was going to fix. How on earth was she going to clean the house, prepare breakfast, wash the dishes, do laundry and not spoil her nails?

Joining the search team won't be bad as things may change if Purity comes back to take her position.

After freshening up, she looked herself in the mirror and she had this big mark on her cheek.

Georgina was brought back home by the Anderson's driver the same way they came to pick her up just that this time the happy smile was nolonger there.

Greg was going through some files when his only daughter arrived and seeing her bad mood, he stopped what he was doing and walked to her, pulling her into a hug and she started crying.

"What happened?" He asked patting her back gently.

"He rejected me," she said between the sobs.

"Calm down, it is not the end of the world neither is he the only man on earth. You are an extraordinary woman and the right man who will love you right will come your way," he adviced calmly.

"I love him dad, he is the only man I want to be with, please dad, help me," she pleaded and her tears broke his heart.

She has always been a strong daddy's princess, nobody ever breaks her down, he has never denied her anything and this won't be the first time he will start. He may not be in support of all this arranged marriages but for the sake of his only daughter's happiness he will make sure it happens.

"Why did he reject you?" He questioned to know where to start from in helping her out.

"I don't know maybe he just hates me,"

"No, nobody can hate you, you are such a rare soul. Go and have rest and I will see what I can do," he suggested and she nodded.

"Thank you dad," she appreciated and took the stairs heading to her room.

"I don't think pulling your strings for her to get married will help. Marriage is based on love, trust, respect and understanding, theirs won't be based on anything and she may end up suffering," his wife said coming from the kitchen.

"We will cross each bridge when we get there, let's start by them being together and he knows better than to lay a single finger on her,"

"Suffering is more than just laying a finger, will you stop emotional suffering?" She asked.

"What I think, we should talk to her to stop this obsession. It's not love nor anything close to love," she added and walked away.

She may have a point but he just promised his daughter to do something, so he will do it. He will help her, he was sure he will love his daughter sooner or later.

Wilson walked into the family and was welcomed by the maids. He only nodded and took the stairs to his father's room, he needed to talk to him quite urgently before things fall out of hand.

His nurse was handing him a glass of water when he entered the room.

"Good afternoon dad," he greeted walking closer.

"To what do I owe this surprise visit?" The old man asked.

"Can you excuse us for some minutes?" He requested and she bowed walking out.

"Dad I came to talk to you about Purity," he started.

"You came to admit that you failed as a father because I handed a big share of the company to your brother?"

      "She is missing," he admitted.

"I knew about it, she went missing on Sunday evening at the bar where she goes to buy alcohol for your illegitimate daughter?"

      "You knew about it?"

"Yes but I still don't know where she is,"

"I pulled all the strings I could to get her but nothing seems to lead me to her,"

"Your wife things I was unfair by handing your brother a big percentage of the companies but all I did was fair to avoid a fight that would have cooked up later. Do you know why? Your mother's three hospitals are all in your daughter's name so don't you think I did something fair?"

"It has led to all this mess your family is in right now. If the words your brother that night really hurt her, why didn't she create a strong daughter instead of abandoning her? I don't regret what I did that night because you have really created alot for yourself. You are a true Wilson though we don't abandon our blood for strangers," he added.

"What are you talking about dad," Wilson asked confused.

"Wilson, one word is enough for the wise. I will look for my granddaughter," he promised.

       "Thank you dad," Wilson appreciated.

"I'll take my leave now and let you have some rest," he got up and the old man nodded.

After he was gone the old man took his phone to call his second son. The strings he pull, sure enough will find Purity faster than any other person.
