The sound of the machine spinning provided a sound track to Nate’s thought. He reminded himself to stick to the plan and act like everything was alright.

Adam, by his side didn’t say much. He understood Nate’s anger and hoped it didn’t ruin their plan.

“Everyone is ready for you sir,” Bentley announced, poking his head through the door

His little factory office felt too small. In his head, he was ripping someone apart but upfront, he wore a smile.

“I’ll be with them shortly”

The workers stood in rows and columns which he found ridiculous. Unlike his company, there was no boardroom to hold staff meetings so they had to hold their meeting in an open space. Their white apron and green hair nets even made it more ridiculous.

He cleared his throat as he moved to the little raise he used as a podium.
