Nate changed into some comfy clothes and then made his way to his den. It was just like any other regular day, the sun was shining and birds were chirping. He had gotten up to get a good workout and make a quick breakfast. He had a meeting at noon with the board of a company he intended on working with in the future.

Ruby was sleeping soundly in his bed. He smiled and placed a quick kiss on her forehead. He loved the way she was tangled in his sheets with rays of sunshine illuminating her beautiful face. How angelic

They had a long night as they were up talking about life in general. He loved talking to her and was amazed by her perspective of life.

He placed a toast on a plate, carefully coating it in peanut butter and jelly. As usual, he had his coffee by his side. Growing up, he wasn’t used to sharing things with people. After his father died, he ate breakfast alone and basically did every other thing himself.
