Ruby smacked her lips as she tried a scone. It was twice as good as Nate claimed it was going to be. The atmosphere was warm and rather more joyful than she had pictured it to be.

Grace was dancing happily with a few women while Nate was greeting a couple of the visitors.

Unlike the past remembrance days where Grace would pour her eyes out, she decided to invite a few friends over and have a good time.

She recalled that her husband never loved to see her cry and he always asked her to be strong with or without him.

Ruby smiled as she sat on a cane chair with a wine of glass in her hands. When she arrived at the house with Nate, Grace made her dance and laugh till her toes were hurting. They chatted and talked about all that had been going on.
