Chapter 48

Daniels' car screeched to a halt in front of the company and he hopped out of the car in a rush without waiting for his PA to open the door for him.

“Welcome sir. Welcome sir” workers from different angles greeted, he couldn’t answer all, all he could do was wave at them.

He was in a hurry because the board members were waiting for him in the conference room.

He walked inside his office, took some necessary documents and went to the conference room to attend the board meeting , with his PA by his side.

Hours later, the meeting was over, Daniel had returned back to his office and decided to go through some files sent to his office.

There was a knock on the door and a female figure walked in.

“You couldn’t even wait for me to say come in before coming in,Tessa,”Daniel said without raising his head. His eyes are still fixed on the files.

“Oh Daniel, it’s true you’re back. I dropped by your mom’s place and she told me you were back” Tessa smiled as she walked.
