Urie was waiting for his brother Orith at the coffee shop near their school. The same place where he and Axel met up with Orith the day he disappeared.

He wanted to make up for the last time that they had to cancel. After he saw Axel walking out of the parking lot with a girl.

He just sat there at the same spot looking blankly at the street. While in his head played the scene where Axel kissed him in front of everyone. Making it clear to everyone how they truly love each other. And that no one can ever keep them apart.
