Chapter 20

Silence filled the room as both Alex and Alyssa ate together.

Alyssa loved the fact that the meal was delicious," nice meal" Alyssa commented as the both of them were still eating.

Alex didn't even respond to Alyssa making her wonder if he had her or not Alex had heard her but didn't want to reply he just focused on the food he was eating and acted deaf.

"Will it hurt your pride to just say thanks to my compliments?" Alyssa rhetorically asked Alex. But Alex still had an answer for her: did he look at her and say,

"If you feel the food is so good why don't you go ahead and inform the chefs that made it how good it tastes and use the opportunity to compliment them instead of me" Alex said rudely.

"And I hope you don't disturb me again until I am done with my meal," Alex said to Alyssa as he continued with his meal. Alex hates it whenever he is disturbed by anyone during his meal.
