Lunch was amazing, I felt stuffed to the brim. Zylith complimented everything and burst into the kitchen to thank the staff, I followed trying to get her to lower her voice and I thanked and apologized after her.

She was loud and confident everywhere she went. But people didn’t seem to have any problem with her. Eric patiently waited outside the kitchen for us and asked if we were ready to see Cain.

After many flights of stairs, we come to double doors and Cain’s deep voice tells us to come in. Eric opens the doors and we enter what looked like a large office.

There are shelves and couches lining the walls, with a large table with chairs all around in the middle. Cain was seated at his desk behind a laptop in the far back centre of the room. Behind him was a large window and a view of the grounds surrounding the house.

Everything was set in dark colours of wood and metal, Alec comes over and introduces himself to Zylith before greeting me. Cain closes his laptop and
