Chapter 28 Cain After Eric abruptly ended the call, anxiety hits me and I knew I needed to find Hadley, my wolf paced my mind and would not have let up until we had seen her ourselves. Chapter 29 Hadley After explaining that Zylith was not the love of my life, Cain guided me downstairs to the others and I apologized for my abrupt and very rude exit. Chapter 31HadleyAttempting to sneak back into the lounge was a resounding failure. Everyone gave us knowing glances and after passing the mirror above the console table I knew why. My cheeks were flushed and my hair a bit messy. Chapter 32 Hadley That night we couldn’t sleep, we probably needed the rest but my stomach wouldn’t allow it, doing constant flips and I considered not going a few times. We dressed warmly and prepared ourselves for the trip as best we could. We dressed warmly and rummaged the closet for any comfortable walking shoes.
