"You must be delusional", I whispered, scoffing even as my heart fluttered around, in contrast to the frown on my face.

"Aren't we all?", Jacob bit back in a low voice, his eyes glinting in the dim limo.

"I'm not your property. I'm no one's property", I said firmly, "Get that through your dark skull".

Jacob huffed out a laugh, his eyes growing hazy, "Your fire always manages to turn me on. Every fucking time".

"Now, aren't we forgetting another tiny detail?", He said, leaning forward and leveling his eyes with mine.

I glared as he smirked, "Someone is in debt of two hundred million and a hundred thousand dollars".

"Then find that someone", I seethed, gritting my teeth in anger.

"And here I thought blood was thicker than water", Jacob mumbled, chuckling to himself.

"Yeah you would know", I jibed, wondering where all my nervousness had gone.

"I do know that blood is thicker than water. That's why I'm here"

"You want to hold the debt to me?". "You have an army of techies at your disposal
