Chapter 14

I was distracted by the arm placed on my stomach, looked to see who was next to me, and saw that it was Gio. I smiled while staring at him; he was sleeping peacefully, and he was still snoring. I trace his eyes, nose, and lips.

I loved his chubby cheeks; his face was even smoother than mine. I was so insecure.

My eyes got more prominent when he grinned.

"You're staring at me, m; I might melt," he said. I looked away because of the embarrassment, but he just tugged and hugged me tightly.

"Hmm, I want to cuddle," he whispered and buried his face in my neck. He stings me with a small kiss, and I am immediately tempted.

"Geez!" I screamed in surprise. He chuckled at my reaction.

"I'm sorry, I can't help it." He stood up and stretched his arms.

"Let's go?" He extended his hand to me. I took it and smiled. I can't help but think about the state of our relationship. I know he knew that I liked him, and I am aware that he likes me too.

I wanted to ask questions, but it made me nervous.
