CHAPTER 25

The night was cool and dark. Alot of people seemed to have retired to bed, or for some, into their ' love nest'. The only ones who were still outside were the guards who were walking to and fro outside the palace.

Yet in such dark night where there was almost no one outside, a tall figure still lurked in the dark.

The figure moved effortlessly yet carefully as he made his way through the dark.

He finally stopped in front of a door and knocked on it.

The occupant hurriedly opened the door, after seeing who it was.

The figure walked in and went directly to a room. Like he knew his way around.

Inside the room, another person was sitting on a chair in the middle of the room. He turned towards the door when he heard it open.

" Is it ready?" The tall figure asked, as he walked in.

" Hmm" the other person hummed in response, and stood up. He walked to the other side of the room where a little table was stationed.
