We walked downstairs and into the kitchen. I poured a cup of coffee for each of us and sat with him at the kitchen table while we waited for everyone else. We sat there, listening more, to the live feed and a new voice sounded like it ran to the table and panting: Voice: Mister Collins. We have a problem. Alfred: What the fuck do you want, pup? When we got back to the pack house, I stepped out of the SUV and yelled, “Hey Blaise! I have a question for you!” Blaise landed at the tree line next to the house and put on a pair of shorts that was in a hollowed-out tree stump. I heard a familiar voice coming from below, “Sylvie, do you mind if I join you?” I look down and see my mom! I smiled, “Come on up!” She climbed up and hugged each of us, “I know it hasn’t been that long since I’ve seen you, but I missed you!” I laugh, “You just don’t have anyone to mediate between the young kids anymore.” Mom laughed, “I’m realizing just how much you kept us all calm since you’ve been gone.” I chuckled, “That’s what you get for taking me for granted.” Mom laughed, knowing I was joking. I asked, “Ready to fight some rogues?” Mom smiled as she nodded, “Keep an eye on our warriors too. As soon as the meeting was done, I was ready for bed. I was totally exhausted. Luke followed me up the stairs to our bedroom. When we got there, I went into the bathroom to take a shower and brush my teeth. When I was done, I got in bed and snuggled into the soft blankets. When Luke finished his shower, he got in bed beside me and I snuggled closely to him. I was in a deep sleep before I even told him goodnight. I woke the next morning, before dawn, and got up to get dressed. I decided on a pair of blue jeans with a royal blue tank. I threw on a black, long sleeve, button up shirt. I rolled the sleeves up to three-quarter length and left the buttons undone. I sat on the chair at the make up table to put my black Nikes on, then put on light make up and brushed my hair. I stood up and looked back at the bed. I sat on the edge of Luke’s side and bent to kiss his cheek. I got just an inch from his face and he turned his face and kissed my lips, “Good morning, love.” I smiled, “Good morning, babe. Are you ready to get going?” He smiled, “Yeah, just give me a few minutes. Do you want to go grab your coffee?” I sighed, “Yep. I’ll meet you down there. Almost everyone in the audience raised their hands with excitement. Blaze continued, “We are building an indoor Winter Park! There will be an area for skiing and snow tubing, an area for snowball fights, an area that has an ice castle to play in and to build a snowman, and there will be a snack bar area where pizza and hot chocolate, along with other favorite snacks, can be found. What do you think of that?” Everyone applauded with way too much excitement. I slump, “I totally forgot about my luna ceremony. I guess I should put a different shirt on for travelling then.” Luke smiled, “Why? We’re just going to be flying home.
