Not So In Love

The sunset was filtering in through the windows by the time I got out of bed. The house was quiet, and there was no indication of Austin. With a large sigh, I walked into my now unfamiliar bathroom and just lay in the hot water, my hair falling on the side slab, my body relaxing in the water.

I knew what I should do, but it was a little too hard. Giving up something I had believed I had been fighting for so long was more than a little painful.

I stepped out when the water got too cold, and dried up immediately. I checked for clothes, but I didn't exactly feel like wearing anything, so I just donned the dark purple hoodie from Austin. His smell hit me like a sudden wave and I had to stop my self from clinging all over again.

There was no one at home, and I just sat around doing nothing. A small knock interrupted my trance and I immediately went to check who it was. I did hope it was Austin, but I knew it wasn't him.
