Chapter 1 - Job interview

Ashley POV

"Hello, I'm here to see Mr. Tobias?" I let out as I approach the lady behind the desk in the reception area.

"Do you have an appointment booked?" she asks, and I nod, telling her that he requested me to meet him at nine. She looks at her desktop and then smiles at me.

"Seventh floor, the elevators are on the right. His secretary is waiting for you", she says, and I smile, thanking her before holding on tighter to my bag. I walk to the lift and take a deep breath. Once the door dings open on the seventh floor, I lift my head high and walk out.

"Miss Walsh, Tobias is waiting for you," she says, and I smile, nodding my head and following her as she starts walking down the corridor. She is blonde and tall, and her high heels click all the way to the office at the end of the hall.

"Tobias, Miss Walsh is here," she says, opening the door wide for me to walk in. I walk into the office, and I am taken aback by the magnitude of the office. Everything is dark wood, and Mr. Tobias sits behind his desk with a phone glued to his ear. He is an elegant man, his eyes move up and down my body, and I feel naked in his eyes. I shift my feet uncomfortably as he gestures for me to sit in front of him.

I walk to the chair and hold my bag close to my chest as I am incredibly nervous about this job interview. I have just finished my degree in journalism, and this is a great opportunity. I was the editor-in-chief of the school paper, but that doesn't guarantee jobs, although it helps. I am applying for a job as a member of the assistant team for the company, but I can't find anything in journalism.

"I'm sorry about that," he says, offering me his hand to shake over the desk, and I shake it. His hand is warm and soft like he has never done any hard work in his life. His clean shave and hair pulled back to show me that he is a neat man. I am good at reading people.

"So, Miss Walsh, shall we begin?" he asks, and I nod, offering him a small smile. This is it, the moment that will change my life forever.

"Good morning," I say as I walk to Elisabeth standing at reception talking to Mark, the security guard, I have become good friends with them both.

"Hey gorgeous," Mark says as he kisses me on the cheek, and I fist-bump Beth.

"Are we going out tonight?" Beth asks, and Mark smiles, "Of course we are, it's Friday, and for once, none of us is working this weekend," he replies as she rolls his hips, pretending to dance. I giggle at the interaction of those two and nod my head.

"Yeah, why not," I say, and Beth squeals in happiness. Our conversation is cut short when Tobias walks in and catches my attention. I raise my eyes towards him, and he gives me a slight head nod walking past us.

"Shit," I say, looking at my watch, "Gonna be late," I announce, walking fast behind Tobias. He stands waiting for the lift, and when it dings open, he gestures for me to get in. As I get inside, I look at the floor, and he follows me. Once the doors close, he turns around to face me, smiling. And there it is, the smile that melts my heart and shakes me to my core.

"I missed you last night," he says, stepping closer to me.

"I missed you too," I reply as he traps me between his body and the back wall, "The cameras, Tobias," I say as I look at the corner of the elevator. He takes a deep breath pulling away from me.

"Meet me in my office in half an hour," he says, and I look at my watch. I shake my head, telling him I can't; I have to finish typing some contracts. Tobias frowns and tells me he is the boss and the contracts can wait. He can't. He grabs my hand and places it over his bulging erection. My eyes widen in terror at the guards watching the surveillance cameras and seeing our interaction.

I pull my hand away, and he smiles as the door opens, and I walk past him toward my desk. I sit down and rest my elbows.

"Is everything okay?" Jonah asks as he pulls his chair next to mine. I raise my head and nod at him offering him a smile.

"Just a long day ahead," I say, and he nods his head.

"I know the feeling," he says as he turns on his desktop. I pull my laptop out of my bag, place it on my desk, and turn it on my desktop. My email dings straight away, and I see it is from Tobias. I smile as I open the email to see his request to go meet him in his office, as he misses me.

"Who's putting a smile on your face? Is that your secret boyfriend?" Jonah asks, and I look at him, raising one eyebrow and laughing.

"There's no such thing as a secret boyfriend, and you know it," I let out, I have been trying to convince him that I am single and free as a bird, but he doesn't believe me, and now Beth and Mark joined him on this witch hunt.

I start typing on my computer to reply to Tobias when my desk phone rings. I look up at the cameras knowing perfectly well that he is watching me. I bite my lower lip and answer it as soon as it rings again.

"Ashley speaking," I say, trying to bite back a smile.

"You get your round ass in this office right now," Tobias's voice sends a shiver down my spine.

"On my way, Mr. Tobias," I replied, shaking my head and making a mockery face towards Jonah.

"Argh, what does he want this early?" he asks me, and I shrug my shoulders standing up and pulling my skirt down. "I won't be long," I say, and he nods his head, now distracted from looking at the screen.

As I close the door to his office, he stands up and marches to me, peeling off his blazer and throwing it to the back of the chair. He pulls me by my waist and collapses his lips on mine. I moan in his mouth as his hand holds me tight by my hair against his body.

"I really missed you," he whispers against my lips, rubbing his erection against my core, and I close my eyes, taking it all in.

"Tobias, you have a call on line two," I hear Joanna announce through the phone speaker. Tobias growls, pulling away from me, leaving me breathless at the loss of his touch, and walks to his desk, pressing the button.

"I said to hold everything," he barks at Joanna.

"I am sorry, but it's important," she says, and Tobias frowns as he answers the call. I adjust my skirt and my blouse as I am ready to leave, and Tobias shakes his head, covering the phone so nobody listens to him speak to me.

"Come here, get on your knees," he says, and like a lost puppy, I walk to him and obey, dropping to my knees and pleasuring him while he talks on the phone. His head hangs back, and his eyes are closed while his hand holds me tight in place.
