Luca’s POV

At this point, all I wanted to do was to kiss her so intensely, but I had a dinner reservation and I really do not want to be an asshole by denying her the chance to have dinner in here tonight, coupled with the fact that I still wanted to have dinner with her… which means any dirty thought I was having at the moment was going to have to wait until when we get back home tonight.

Sofia turned her head back around to stare at the little child rev after a few moments, and I had a feeling it was because she didn’t have an idea of what to say, which I perfectly understood because even I myself had been pretty surprised at the words that had escaped my lips moments ago. I hadn’t thought it through at all and had literally spoken as it had popped into my head, so I kind of understood her speechlessness at the moment.

The damn elevator was taking forever to come back to the first floor, I thought to myself as I turned my head around to stare at the little children once again.
