"How can he do so... he was so successful"..... one person from the crowd whispered.

"He is an idiot. He was not deserving the position also", The other man from crowd said with a smirk.

"No, please don't say that, I bet he got some issues", The third woman said showing sympathy....

The speculations took wild turns as the president of the "Tyranny Group" stepped down from his position. He was the most powerful man in the city with a huge wealth and a family business passed on by his father. He served as the president experiencing the ultimate power for two long years when he suddenly announced that he is handling over his entire empire to his younger brother. 

Stephen Richards, a twenty two year old business man, fair complexion and the former president of the Tyranny group was standing in front of a huge crowd of media, people, employees and other business competitors who were seeking answers for his huge decision.

Stephen has already signed his resignation and his younger brother took over. His eyes rolled in fear as he had no idea of what he was going to do next until his gaze fell on that girl. With her arms crossed and playful smirk, she stood among the crowd. Her name was Josalina Green.

Josalina Green, a twenty one year old lady was released from the prison six months ago on bail. She was sentenced for the crime of a murder and loving the richest boy of the country, Stephen Richards. Josalina stood beside Noah, the president of "Tyrant group", the second largest company of the country and the biggest competitor of the Tyranny groups. Josalina was now an employee there.

Josalina had a revengful smile on her face, the success of watching Stephen's super sharp gaze turn into fear was making her happy as her heart was laughing hearing all the nonsense rumors about the downfall of Stephen.

Noah was more than happy because his plan to use Josalina against Stephen was working. The glitter in Josalina's eyes said it all, her happiness, her succeeding revenge and finally the healing factor on all the disrespect she had felt due to Stephen. Josalina was finally watching Stephen lose everything he had just like she lost everything four years ago.

Josalina felt like climbing the highest mountain until the fearful eyes of Stephen faded and his old sharp gaze took over. His pursed lips turned into a playful smirk as he took a step forward before addressing people. At once, the moment everybody noticed his sharp cold black eyes that was enough to paralyze someone from fear ceased the speculation and turned the heavy clattering in pin drop silence.

Josalina was shocked. Even after losing everything, she couldn't find a single hint of fear and regret in Stephen. He proudly stood in front of the crowd with the same bossy attitude as before. He moved his eyeballs through entire room and finally stopped it on Josalina. It felt as if he was making fun of her. Noah at once stepped away from Josalina because the beast he thought was killed seemed to have reincarnated.

"I know you all seek answers for me stepping down from my position", Stephen said in his rough bold voice.

The wind that blew past him ruffled his black hair and his thick blazer. He removed his hands from his pocket and bent down to have a better look of Josalina.

"Well it was because I fell in love", Stephen said in a loud voice that stunned everyone in the room.

Stephen was a playboy but love was never his piece of cake. He was never seen dancing with a woman or taking someone on a date but many knew that he was involved in fucking a lot of woman. Josalina's heartbeat paced as she knew that the fate was against her again. She looked beside her to say,

"Noah... something is wrong...!!!!"

However, Noah was of no help. She prayed to good until she felt the heavy steps getting closer to her. Stephen walked near her and picked up her chin. He heavily planted his lips against hers and instead of giving her a passionate kiss, he bit her lower lip and gently whispered in her ear,

"It is my game baby, you are never allowed to lead it".

Stephen's breath reached Josalina's ear and she shivered with his ultimate cold aura. She had experienced it all before and was not ready for it again. She had planned the revenge well but somehow she herself turned out to be the bait. Standing amongst the crowd, Stephen loudly announced,

"I fell in love with this woman, my friend from my college. I will be soon marrying her and then being a good husband, I offer myself to her completely. This is our wedding gift for you my darling", Stephen said.

Josalina froze at her place as Noah took courage to speak up,

"No this is wrong. She has nothing to do with you!!!", he screamed but Stephen smirked again.

Stephen pulled Josalina within his arms and playfully answered,

"Or..... she has nothing to do with you", He warned.

Things were getting cooked up and other people in the crowd couldn't understand the situation as the facts of the past history of the trio became the hot topic.

"Wasn't this woman in prison for five years? She is such a gold digger", one woman said.

"She was prisoned for killing Stephen's father himself, what kind of son is he to marry his own father's murderer?", other one said.

"Noah was the one to help this girl out. They are in an active relationship, when did this girl changed her partner?", another one said.

The heat was increasing and Josalina could feel the ground beneath her shaking. Everything that she has done to take revenge was all in vein. She preffered being in jail again. Her breath rate increased hearing the people.

"I am not a murderer... I was jailed for nothing.... He killed my parents... Stephen is a monster.... He took everything from me....", Josalina's mind was murmuring the same things again and again until she fainted and Stephen got her............
