Set of twins

Stella stared at Arya confusedly still not getting what she was trying to say. What does she mean by she was the cause of her getting raped like what the hell!?

"What are you talking about Arya?" Stella asked slowly and more tears came out of Arya's eyes. She gripped Stella's hands even tighter. "I drugged you that night at the party" she said.

Stella slowly removed her hands from Arya's, still staring at her, "What did you say?" She asked slowly and Arya wiped the new set of tears that were about to fall from her eyes.
