Patrick decided to take care of Walt's family without alerting anyone who are keeping an eye on him in the dark.

Patrick did know a few of them so he made the required arrangements through George but Patrick don't know about the people who are still in the dark. so, Patrick wants to play it as safe as possible without letting anyone know.

(author note - you may think using a family helicopter and cars will alert those people because if the smith family heir moves in the air there will be two fighter jets protecting the helicopter or jet or plane Patrick (why you will learn it in the new chapters ) )

so, Patrick give the cyber task to his personal team who he hired personally. no one knows of this team's existence except for Patrick and George.
